Good to know

Before you come

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class so we can check you in, walk you through the space, and get you settled without rushing.

Wear shorts for pole classes — skin contact is what keeps you on the pole. Skip lotion, body oil, and sunscreen on class day, and leave rings, bracelets, and watches at home.

Bookings are confirmed once paid, and unpaid spots are released after 24 hours. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before class starts.

Frequently asked questions

01Getting started
Where are you located?
Inside Panass, Jalan Mawun, Aik Lengis, Kuta, Lombok Tengah, NTB 83573.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Intro to Pole is designed for complete beginners — no dance, fitness, or gymnastics background needed.
I'm not strong enough yet.
You don't need to be strong before you start. Pole naturally builds strength, flexibility, and confidence over time.
Which level is right for me?
New to pole? Start with Intro to Pole. Trained elsewhere? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll place you in the right class.
How many Intro to Pole classes should I take?
We recommend 3–5 sessions before moving to Level 1. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and your instructor will let you know when you're ready.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. By joining a class you agree to our liability waiver.
02In the studio
What should I wear?
Shorts for pole classes — skin grip is essential. Sports bras or fitted tops work well. Comfortable activewear for Flexibility.
What should I bring?
A water bottle, a small towel if you'd like, and plenty of enthusiasm. We provide pole cleaning supplies and all class equipment.
Anything to avoid before class?
No lotion, body oil, or sunscreen on class day — they make the poles slippery. Remove rings, bracelets, and watches before class.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class to check in, meet your instructor, and get settled.
Will I have to share a pole?
Depending on class size, you may share a pole with one other student — it gives you time to rest and watch demonstrations.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, at the end of class — as long as everyone in the frame has given their permission.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course — just make sure everyone books their own spot in advance.
03Booking & policies
How do bookings work?
Book online through Panass or message us on WhatsApp. Spots are limited — reservations are confirmed once paid, and unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
Can I walk in?
Yes, but availability is not guaranteed. A quick WhatsApp message before you come is the fastest way to check.
What if I miss a class?
Cancel at least 2 hours before class. Late cancellations forfeit the session and payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling is possible within the allowed time.
What is the age policy?
All classes, workshops, private lessons, and Open Pole sessions are for individuals 18 years and older.
04Bodies & safety
